WomeneurCon is the brainchild of Womeneur’s founder, Sharon Beason – who wanted a great way to celebrate  anniversary of Womeneur™.  Womeneur launched  April 2015  to provide resources, no-nonsense business advice, motivation, community and events to help early-stage and emerging female entrepreneurs get their complete business sh*t together while successfully launch and grow their business.

Topic: Interactive Workshop – Using Authenticity to Build and Engaging Community and Get Paid

Like you, serial entrepreneur, startup strategist, national speaker and business author, Sharon Beason has seen the evolution of entrepreneurship over the years. What does it take to truly be successful at being your own boss? Getting your mind right? Having clarity? Defining your purpose and delivery?

With over a dozen years in a corporate, supervisor accounting role and ten years paving her own path as a problem solver, trailblazer, connector, educator, educator and most importantly real-life, roll-up-your-sleeves and let’s get this done experience, Sharon knows it takes to do all of the aforementioned and more to be successful at being your own boss and she doesn’t sugar coat what’s needed for the journey.

She’s supervised a staff of five, sat and passed all four parts of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam and launched four successful businesses – two earned six figures and she’s on the right track to doing the same for her current one. She caught the entrepreneur bug in 2006 and opened All About Brooklyn Concierge – Brooklyn’s first full-service personal and commercial errands company. Since then she opened two other successful businesses and in April 2015 launched Womeneur™ – an online hub dedicated to providing no-nonsense advice, resources, motivation, community and events to emerging and early-stage female entrepreneurs.

Sharon has been referred to as ‘a beast’ for her work flow, a ‘phenomenal leader’ for her community building and ‘super knowledgeable’ for her business consulting which propels business women forward. Sharon is known for ‘telling the hard stuff that you don’t want to hear, but that you need to hear’ and she fuses her no-nonsense, in-your-face and personable style to connect with her audience.

Dubbed ‘Brooklyn’s favorite entrepreneur’ by L Magazine, invited by Girls’s Inc of NYC to curate a Women’s History entrepreneur workshop, and being named one of Instagram’s 10 Top Accounts to Help Grow Your Career by She Leads Africa and  known to ‘Help Female Entrepreneurs Thrive In Business’ by Black Enterprise, Sharon knows what it takes to grow a global, engaging audience and has helped 100s of female entrepreneurs define, create, launch and grow their brand strategically and successfully – including helping two clients transition from online to a brick and mortar.

Sharon has been featured in major publications including The Huffington Post, The Daily News, The New York Times and Black Enterprise and continues to oversee operations at her concierge company — All About Brooklyn Concierge —  in addition to managing all things Womeneur™. Sharon spends her days facilitating business strategy sessions, producing events, growing the Womeneur brand and guest speaking about entrepreneurship, building solid networks and empowerment.
